Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Perishable Items Our sauces are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during transit. However, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place upon arrival.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Liquid Gold Sauces is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
